Isang Kakaibang Kwento ng Pag-ibig

Last February 13, 2011 at 10:30 pm, ABS-CBN Channel 2 aired “Cheche Lazaro Presents: Isang Kakaibang Kwento ng Pag-ibig.” This is a very inspiring story that explores and shows the sacrificial love of a wealthy couple to the despised people of a remote place in Mindoro. 

The Irayas, one of the seven tribes of the peace-loving Mangyans in Mindoro, have been treated as second class citizens just like any other indigenous people. They are often exploited, neglected, discriminated, and denied of basic services for decades. Basically, they are uneducated and uncivilized. But an accidental meeting with a woman, whose generosity is far beyond one’s imagination, changed the course of their history. Witness a different kind of love story of people who have been shunned by the outside world and the person who would move mountains for them.
